04 — For donors
A gift that becomes a church.
This work runs on major gifts. A gift large enough to buy a building, or to restore one, is turned into a permanent place of worship rather than a grant that is spent and gone.

What the money does
Downtown churches are lost because congregations cannot match the price a developer will pay, and because almost no one is organized to hold the building afterward. A major gift closes that gap. It buys the church while it can still be bought. It pays for the restoration that lets the room preach for another century. It leaves the title in a trust whose only purpose is worship.
The return is not a yield. It is a building that still gathers a theologically conservative, Bible-believing congregation in the heart of a city, and an asset that does not have to be raised again from nothing when the next church comes to market.
We are not taking gifts through this website. Federal tax exemption is pending and has not been granted. Do not send funds. Nothing on this page is a statement that a gift is tax-deductible. When exemption is recognized, gifts will be received with a written acknowledgment, not through a payment form here.
A naming gift
A name, when there is a building.
When a church has been acquired, a written agreement may associate a donor’s name, or a name the donor chooses, with that building or with its restoration. No name is offered on this site. There is no building in hand, and no naming will be promised before the gift and the church are both real.
A capital campaign
Several gifts, one church.
A capital campaign, in this work, gathers major gifts toward one purchase and the restoration that follows. The first campaign will open when a specific church is in view. It is not open now. The conversation before that day is a briefing, not a pledge form.
Our first building: coming 2027
Request a briefing.
If you are considering a major gift, ask for a briefing. We will write back with the model, the confession covenant, and the honest state of the work: launching, exemption pending, no property yet.
